This page is for IBA's of Elite E Services. If you are NOT a registered or known IBA of Elite E Services, you are in violation of international law.
Important things to know:
Things you will need to do:
1. Points of contact - establish lines of communication
2. Method of payment
Create a flow of payment between ees and you. Depending on your circumstances, this can be with a paypal account, ACH transfer in USA, e-gold, or direct transfer to NZ bank account. Online payments are preferable. Please see tools for IBA payment tools.
2. Read material on our websites
Copy and paste anything on our websites and use our marketing material to help you sell.
3. Establish what marketing material and plan you need
4. Service clients and create feedback to change products and services in our next update
The IBA idea is that we empower our IB's and Affiliates with a full turnkey solution, for passive income or business opportunity.
IBA's are responsible for client support, within reason. We train you, you train the client. You may not have sub-IB's - this is not multi-level marketing.
In that theme, EES does not compete with our IB's. If you are an IB you can consider yourself 'exclusive'. Also, we do not just hand out IB relationships. Yes, anyone can sign up as an IBA, but we try to have only master IB's in certain market regions.
IBA - Definition.
EES is a unique boutique brokerage - we are techies AND brokers (brokers with a brain). Techies who market on the internet are 'affiliates' and promote products and services and receive an affiliate commission for a link-click. Brokers do the same, albeit without computers usually. The IB industry is shifting to a fully link-based automated system for tracking accounts, reminiscient to an affiliate program. EES combined the IB and the Affiliate with the IBA. Now, techies and brokers alike can combine to promote IB services AND affiliate services under one house, house elite. If you are simply an internet affiliate, you can promote EES products and services on ees.net.nz or any of our affiliate sites. If you are an IB - get additional benefits of being an IB of EES by instantly becoming an IB of all the firms with relationships with EES. We give you the tools, resources, knowledge, and intelligence necessary to make you a successful IBA. IBA - The next generation of brokerage.
EES IBA - Definition.
EES IBA can be whatever you make it. It is a total turnkey business solution. It can be a way to track account openings. A business partnership. EES is here to facilitate your growth. EES IBA is totally flexible. Tell us what you want, we will provide (within reason of course.)

Things that may get you terminated:
The IBA is not just about opening accounts - but that is the easiest way for you to start earning. Once you are earning an income, all the options are open.
First determine the clients' potential requirements, needs, and prepare several possible options as investment / account opening solutions. Be sure to address all possible questions before hand, and provide references.
Then, alert Elite E Services and/or the broker directly that you will be informing the client. This way, the client name is on file and you will get credit for the sale.
If you are introducing to EES accounts, represent yourself as such. You are an IB / partner of EES, not an independent person. EES is an IB of many brokers and many managed programs, that gives you the freedom to be compensated from referrals, and doing some of the legwork involved, while EES handles the business and legal aspects.
Unless otherwise noted, IB payments and deals go through New Zealand accounts and New Zealand company.
Example:
My name is Mr. Smith, and I am introducing Mr. Herman Perkins to the managed program "Millenium FX".
To ensure you get credit for a client, be sure to alert us first. Very simple.
Unless we have setup an automatic payment regime, in order to receive money from EES please provide an invoice, with account statements or other appropriate references, and the method you would like to be paid in.
For recordkeeping purposes, each product, service, or account, has a code name. For example, the managed program code name MilleniumFX, refers to Millenium FX program which clears through PFG, organized by Brewer FX "BIG" (Brewer Investment Group). Also, each IB is given an IB code, such as 'elite' or 'smith', which can be your company name, personal name, or whatever you want.
Legal Issues
EES takes care of business and legal issues for our IBA's, however, that does not mean you can do whatever you want. Be careful, follow the rules. Learn the laws of IB's. Here are a few tips from FXCM:
On November 19, 1985, the National Futures Association (NFA), enacted Compliance Rule 2-29: Communications with the Public and Promotional Material (“Rule 2-29”), to insure that the highest ethical standards are observed when communicating with the public. It covers literature, print and electronic advertising, phone solicitations, sales scripts and material used on the Internet. It was not meant to stifle the use of fair and effective marketing tools.
In accordance with FXCM’s desire to maximize the value of its network, along with regulatory compliance issues associated with being a government regulated firm, FXCM requires that all introducing brokers to maintain the same standards of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients. Below is an abridged version of the guidelines:
• May not use deceptive or misleading sales measures
• May not use high pressure sales tactics
• All statements presented as true must be capable of being verified
• All opinions offered must have reasonable basis in fact
• All opinions offered must be stated as opinions
• All statements implying profit possibilities must also mention potential for loss of capital in an equally prominent manner
• Testimonials must include a disclaimer noting that past results are not indicative of future results
• Cannot guarantee earnings
For a more comprehensive list of guidelines, simply download the compliance document created by the NFA: http://www.nfa.futures.org/compliance/publications/Rule2-29/Rule2-29.pdf.
EES is an international IB, however rules set out by the NFA and the US market in general usually set a precedent for the international financial community.
